The Topeak Pocket Rocket Master Blaster Bike Pump is a lightweight, frame mounted mini pump for road or mountain bikes.
When bicycle touring you need a bike pump as sometimes and it always seems somewhere remote, you will get a flat tire. During one tour along the Romantic Road Bike Route in Germany I went into a huge bicycle shop after getting a flat to purchase a spare bike tube. I discovered they had a lot of choices, none were Schrader or Presta so it was good that my friends and I had our own bike pump and tubes.
What is good about this bike pump
Frame mounting – I have my own bicycle pump mounted on the frame, it is just efficient use of space and you can access it quickly when required. Although as it is only 8.7 inches long you can easily fit it in your pannier as well. The mounting bracket is included.
Lightweight – I carry enough on my bike without being weighed down by a pump, this one comes in at a light 4.05 ounces.
Sufficient capacity – an efficient design that pumps to 160 psi and is both Schrader and Presta compatible.
Slim design – this mini pump features alloy barrel construction with a soft Kraton head and plastic handle for a secure grip as you pump. Road-ready, the Pocket Rocket has an integrated dust cap that keeps the head clean and ready.

What customers say Topeak Pocket Rocket Master Blaster Bike Pump
There were a lot of positive reviews for this bicycle pump. Numerous reviewers agreed that this is a perfect pump to take on a ride and that is does work well with Presta and Schrader. They also noted that it is easy to switch modes but you will need to find instructions on-line. Unlike many other mini pumps which claim to do well on presta valves, this one actually does.
Reviewers stated that it can pump from 80 to 120psi which is what most cyclists want unlike other brands they had tired in the past. Several reviewers commented that the mount is a great system.
The only issue is that you don’t get much air with each pump. Personally I use a floor pump at home and only use my frame mounted pump when I get infrequent flats.
The Topeak Pocket Rocket Master Blaster Bike Pump is the smallest and lightest pump you’re going to be able to get your hands on and it works well I can recommend it.
