What customers say about the Featherlite Sleeping Bag

Numerous reviewers commented about how light and small this sleeping bag is and they really appreciate the compression bag. For example the Stuff sack that comes with bag compresses it pretty well. Not super-compact, but certainly good enough for the needs of most.

People who were 6’1 tall and some weights 180 pounds and others 220 felt there was plenty of room. Some people a little smaller felt confined, however remember that this is a mummy bag and be design they are not generally spacious. Some people did find it a little snug at the shoulders.

No one ever agrees about how warm a sleeping bag is as what I find warm my friend feels is cold, but many felt the rating of 20 degrees was accurate.

One person who was bicycle touring had this to say: “I am touring the USA this summer on bicycle and purposely bought this 20 degree bag because all the reviews for bags said that ratings are usually untrue not in your favor. Turns out, the bag keeps me too warm to sleep in most nights. I would recommend something lighter for the summer.”

The Featherlite Ultra Light, Ultra Compact Sleeping Bag is an inexpensive choice that works well if you are camping while bicycle touring to keep you warm and dry.
